PLEASE NOTE that absolutely NO Medical Advice, Patient Information, Personal Health Information, Prescriptions, or Scheduling Requests will be answered via email. Any inquiries regarding health concerns, prescription requests, and/or scheduling should be made by calling the office during office hours. Emails containing a medical inquiry or personal health information will be disregarded.
